Error copying and pasting screenshot image to page: Unexcepted exception writing to stringwriter.

Hello, 

I'm using Confluence DataCenter.

When I use com+C, com+V to paste on the page after screenshot on my MacBook, I often get the following error message and the file is not attached.

"Unexpected exception writing to stringwriter. java.io.IOException: Error while processing callback: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxIOException: Invalid white space character (0x8) in text to output (in xml 1.1, could output as a character entity)"

Does anyone know the cause?

Unfortunately, when I actually tested the test case on the link,
An error message was output for 0xb.

However, the current issue is an error message for 0x8.

0x8 is the backspace so I don't figure out how that character could be in your filename
