My colleague came to me for Atlassian access. he told me that when he try to log in in Jira Cloud a message appears "Your access has been revoked" I´m site-admin and I don´t revoke your acces the problem is when I check your user have acces

Does the user log in with the correct credentials? Does the user use good Cloud URL? Please check user right Administration > Users page again.
