Error: Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at the moment.

We are receiving this error message trying to save anything. I have read through all threads associated with this and tried several things, but still getting the error on anything we try to save.

Occurring on multiple browsers, so not related to Chrome extensions.

Can anyone provide any assistance on what we can investigate as we can't save any data.

Hi @Kirsty Beer 

Looks to me an issue with Synchrony process which is used for collaborative editing feature.
