Hello:

We are receiving the error:

Page Not Found

We can't find that page. This could be because:

  • The page doesn't exist.
  • The page exists, but you don't have view permission for that space.

The confluence log has this entry:

2023-10-04 14:28:38,331 WARN [http-nio-8090-exec-41] [extra.flyingpdf.util.ImageFileCacheUtils] removeTempDirectory Cannot remove temporary directory: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Confluence\${localHome}\temp\pdf-export0d2167aa-515a-4cf8-b1d2-e440ee7050c8
-- url: /spaces/flyingpdf/pdfpageexport.action | page: 293109762 | traceId: b9b5adc454911c38 | userName: anonymous | referer: https://confluence.valpo.edu/display/ITKB/How+to+Access%2C+Complete%2C+and+Share+the+%27CAS+Faculty+Activites+Report+and+Chair%27s+Evaluation%27+Form | action: pdfpageexport

I have done the following already:

Server rebooted

Cleared cache by stopping Confluence,  removing folders bundled-plugins, plugins-osgi-cache, plugins-temp and plugins-cache. I then restarted Confluence and these directories were recreated.

Checked permissions to the folder .\Confluence\local-home\temp and they look ok

We are able to Export to Word.

We are running version 7.19.9.

Anyone have an idea?

No I don't know if this has ever worked. I'm new to the company and was handed this application. I have zero experience working with it.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Alan Flores Welcome to the Atlassian community

How is the instance setup?  Are you using a proxy?  Have you submitted a support issue with a support zip so Atlassian can review the logs?
