Error Message when I try to add a question

When I try to add a question in a space the following error message appear.

Attempting to publish draft that does not exist with id: -----

Does anyone knows what coudl be?

I think there might be a browser caching issue.

So, I would suggest you can try copying the URL and try the same in a different browser.

Let me know if the issue is resolved or not.
