Entering notes to a list
How can we enter notes, info panels, warnings, and tips into a numbered or bulleted list? Macros with these items are always entered only at the end of the list. We can no longer enter these macros and align them to the list as we did when using Server. The macros will always be aligned to the very left of all text.
