When entering a comment on a page, all watchers are notified. Is it possible to enter a comment and to only notify the page owner?

Do you want this to be a public comment? Otherwise you could share the page with the user you want and add a comment on the share invite?

It should not be a public comment. The page is public, but e.g. for a minor error, only the owner should be notified. It would be nice to have the possibility to select 'only for the owner' or 'for all watchers' when entering a comment.

No, you can't do that. As I said, you could share the page and give them a comment on the email, but you can't have a private comment that only the owner can see.
