Endless loop trying to insert Lucid chart

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When inserting a lucid chart into a confluence page, this pop-up appears, successfully auto-logins in another tab, and then loops me back to this popup. How do I break this loop and insert my chart?
Log in is via Microsoft SSO for both applications
This was raised last year, but no ideas forthcoming.
