One of my employees cannot access her account anymore and the 'reset password' link does not work.. How can we fix this problem? She is an admin user, so this is not so great us.
Can you please be more specific in regard to the issue, is it the employee not able to access her Jira/confluence instance. Also, can you provide what error she is getting while trying to access.
