Hi,
I have a need to show a vacation/events calendar on my page in Confluence. I'm new to Confluence so I'm looking for some guidance.
When I add a calendar, it seems to be associated to a Jira project. I would assume that we would create a "Team Calendar" project and then enter issues into this project like "PTO", "Events", etc...
But I don't want my team to have to enter their PTO into the HR system, Outlook shared calendar and the Jira project.
Is there a way to embed an external (Outlook) calendar on my page so that they can enter their PTO into Outlook and it'll reflect on my page?
Or any other suggestions? Thank you so much!!
As @Andy Gladstone already mentioned, you need to work with 3rd party apps to display Outlook calendars within Confluence pages.
I work for an Atlassian Marketplace partner, and we offer a solution that could cover your use case: Outlook Calendars for Confluence | Atlassian Marketplace
With our app, you have the possibility to display Outlook calendars within confluence pages. Feel free to watch our demo video: On point demo: Outlook Calendars for Confluence - YouTube
If you have any further questions, you can gladly book a demo: Meet Microsoft 365 for Jira (office365.com)
All the best,
Patrick
@Allie Stewart Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Confluence Cloud does not support a native integration with Outlook Calendars, but there are few Marketplace Partners that have apps that integrate your company Outlook Calendar into Confluence.

I hope this helps!
