Editing Confluence - only "Publish" - no "what did you changed" form field

Sebastian February 17, 2020

Since some weeks i have on newly created pages only the "Publish" button on Top of the page and not "publish" button on the bottom of the page anymore. There is no form field for "What did you change"? anymore.

Hello @Sebastian ,

The new editor has loads of great improvements. When improvements are made, you replace some things and get rid of others. Most familiar features are available in the new editor, some are being worked on, and others won’t be available, just like “Bring back the what's changed comment box".

How it comes that atlassian is deleting features we are paying for? We need that "What changed" because of heavy documentation and when you do major changes its a "must" feature for any sort of documentation - as it was on paper.

Damn it.

We need now to implement on pages our own "Major Version history" table. Like we did on microsoft word.
