EazyBI for Jira reports don't appear in some pages

We have been using EazyBi for Jira to build dashboards in Confluence.

Recently, I had a user request to add a report to a set of confluence pages.

When I tried to add the report(s), I get 'App is not responding. Wait or Cancel'

If I try to add the same report to other pages, it works fine.
