DropBox Paper / command won't let me select file to insert

Hello - I am trying to embed DropBox Paper documents in Confluence.

When I use the /dropbox command, I can see the documents in dropbox, but they are grayed out and I am unable to select any.

- Why is it grayed out and refusing to let me select anything? Is there some permission I have to turn on? (We just set up Confluence.)

 - Is there a plugin that works well with DropBox Paper and will let me embed files?

Okay, after much flailing around I discovered that it was an access permission in dropbox. I would still love an embedding solution Dropbox -> Confluence. I see some plugin, but nothing super popular. Thoughts?
