Drop down to add data auto

Normally in excel sheet we can list in different sheet and in main sheet we can add option drop down automatically that get added . So in confulance page can we do that ?

If yes can you give steps of that.

You don't have dropdowns in Confluence by default, but you can add them with the help of third-party apps from Atlassian vendors. For example, our Handy Macros for Confluence has Handy Status. This macro allows you to create an unlimited number of sets with statuses and update them in the page view mode. Please, see the screenshot for your reference.
