Hi @_DTeam Alina Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Not sure if you are hit with this bug Can you please confirm if only anonymous users are facing this issue or logged in users as well ?
Logged users as well, so I'm as an space owner, can not insert smart link to figma. After inserting I see just a normal link as usual

Thank you for confirming @_DTeam Alina
Once you paste the link on your confluence page (in edit mode), are you not getting the inline view ? just use the view switcher in the floating toolbar below the Smart Link.

@Kishan Sharma No, I do not have this window, so when I pasting link, it's pasted just as usual link. maybe I need to change in the setting in confluence?

We don't need to change any settings explicitly. As soon as you paste the link on the page, it should automatically be converted to an inline link. If its not working for you, then i would suggest you to raise a support ticket with Atlassian.

It's never worked reliably for us either. Sometimes it is a smart link, other times just a text link with zero options. There seem to be several tickets on this already, all voted for. It's unlikely to get fixed as it's not a deal breaker for most.
