Does the confluence docs-plugin support Doxygen?

Yes but I don't believe there is a REST API for this one. The plug-in in original question does have a REST API. I have the same question actually.

 

I've contacted the support team for this and integration of doxygen is not possible. This is very frustrating and has lead to many issues and re-work on my team.
