We have used "Copy page tree" to populate new Spaces with a standard Space and page structure for many years. I have added a database inside a page in the master Space. Will Copy page tree copy the database?
If this doesn't work, can I create a database template of my own and add that to a new space everytime I create one?
I have been reluctant to give these a try. I can't find anything about what is the best way to approach this in the documentation or the forums. Maybe someone at Atlassian can help?
I'll have to try something soon - any help would be appreciated.
Hi @Mark Bayly
I braved my Confluence and gave it a try :)
Using Copy Page Tree app (I assume this is the app you're using), I was able to copy a parent with four child pages and a database from one space to another.
The app also added the [Copy] prefex to the DB as expected.
I love your bravery Kristian. Thanks for paving my way. I have been waiting for my next need to create the space to come along. I'm not getting as many new jobs as I'd like at the moment! You have boosted my trust in the Atlassian universe. Thanks
I'll share the results when I have tried it.

I have my own Confluence site (used to have a Free tier, now it's Standard), population 1, where I conduct my experiments. Many apps are free for up to 10 users so it can be really cheap or free.
