I was wondering if there's a way to show a list of pages that currently have a draft version for the entire space. I'm trying to ensure that people don't forget to publish or update pages.
Hello @Rodrigo Lomazini and welcome.
That's actually a very good use case. I was thinking about using Confluence Databases because that'd be a perfect tool to do just that but it can't even see a draft of a page that hasn't been 'published' (saved) yet.
What it can do, though, is to read the Page Status so if you adjust your workflow to use Page Status labels, the Databases would be useful.
We're actually using Comala Document Approval app with a simple workflow - Review and Complete. The app can list and filter pages by the status, which is tremendously useful around the release time.
Moving the page from Review to Complete then triggers the Comala Publishing app.
Thank you, this is great information and I'll try it out.
