Does Confluence scan files for viruses when they are uploaded/downloaded?

Hello,

 

Does Confluence scan files for viruses when they are uploaded/downloaded or does an extension need to be added for this feature?

Hi @Cari Renaud ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

No, at this moment it does not scan for virus. But there are some plug-in's available on the market place like below. I personally never used them but quick search on market place I could fine one.
