Need to know what dpcument changes (text., graphics, formatting) were made to a Wiki Space my page since a previous version. Noticed that Confluence does have a Page History, so is there a Space history?

Expanding on @Ste Wright, there's also the Scroll Documents app from the same vendor as Scroll Versions (K15t), it also supports versioning but with a slightly different approach.
Not natively as far as I know; version control is a page-level construct.
You could potentially copy the Space periodically, so that you have a "historic" view on it? Not ideal, but a potential alternative.

I came up with a different approach.
Our app, Advanced Content Navigator, can highlight changes for you (page updates and new pages).
Also, you can add multiple macros for multiple spaces to overview them simultaneously.
We also have smart panels for the table of contents, tasks, page history, etc.
Filtering is in the works as well!
