Documenting Scheduled Tasks

As part of our integration platform, we have a number of integrations running at certain times.

I'm looking for a way I can document this in a visual way.  I've tried the roadmap macro but this doesn't go down to day level.

Has anyone else attempted to document scheduled tasks and what did you do to achieve it?

Here is a visual to the kind of thing I'm referring to

@Matthew Bagley If there are dependencies in the integrations, this is something I would do with a UML sequence diagram. Otherwise, you might use some sort of flow chart where the swim lanes are broken into time ranges during which the integrations shown are run.

I guess I would start by making an outline of how you would document them in words (how would you organize/group the information?) and then see what type of diagram makes sense for a visual representation.

Hi Matthew,

I am having a hard time visualizing what you are looking for. Do you have graphic or wireframe or something that you are wanting to see?

@John Funk I've added an example of what I was thinking of on the original question.
