Do child pages to inherit labels from its parent page?

If not, is there any other way that helps me updating parent page labels to all the childs in bulk.

Been there and no, unfortunately child pages do not inherit anything. 

But of course, there's the marketplace! We have an app, Magic Labels, that does exactly that: It lets newly created pages inherit their parents' labels. If you already have a bunch of pages created, we also support adding labels to a children of a page. Give it a try and let us know if it works for you!
