Disable Users from Adding Apps

For some reason I cannot find any information on how to disallow users from purchasing apps, signing up for trials, or at least limiting it to admins. 

 

How can this be done?

you need to review Atalssian cloud site admin permissions. Just Atlassian cloud site admin can install apps. More information can be retrieved at this link https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/
