I more meant it's not a widespread problem with the plugin, but it's entirely possible that you have some combination of environment that is valid yet causing problems. If the problem persists, either start a new thread on this forum, or raise a support ticket at https://jgraph.freshdesk.com. We do support the plugin with a full SLA for all users, it's not a "tough luck, it's free" product...
Perhaps you can give us a rough idea when the update for Confluence 5.3 will be available as we re really waiting for it. In case it takes some additional days we ll roll back to 5.2.5, but this depends on your answer... ;-)
