Details (key-value based) condition in Global Policy for alerts

What does the Details (key-value based) condition in Global Policy for alerts refer to?  Extra Properties field or key value pair in Description field?

I want to update the StatusPage component to major_outage if error count = 4 for alerts come from Alertsite.  I tried none of them works; very likely I made some mistakes. 

If someone successfully used Details (key-value based) the condition, please advise.

I tried it out and found the answer.  Details (key-value based) condition in Global alert Policy are for Extra Property fields.
