Updated: I would love to represent my Jira tickets in a Confluence page as a color-coded product roadmap, similar to below...
The closest I've come is through the macro: 'Roadmap Planner'. However, I want each box to link to a Jira ticket and not a page in Confluence. Any suggestions?
If you have a project that has a Jira roadmap https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/roadmaps you can just embed that in Confluence https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-jira-roadmap-macro/ This would be the most efficient way to get this into Confluence out of Jira.
Thank you. However, what if I want a more 'generic' or simplified version of a roadmap in Confluence? The one you reference is nice. But what if I want to create something that pulls certain tickets into a super basic layout like the one I've shown above - with no extra information or text, etc.
I like the simple look of the macro: 'Roadmap planner'. However, I want each bar to connect to a Jira ticket and not a Confluence page.
Note: Maybe I shouldn't be using the word 'roadmap'. Maybe what I'm trying to create is more of a visual table.

The roadmap macro in Confluence cloud only allows you to link to pages. That means you would have to look for something in the Atlassian marketplace.
