Deleting space deletes comments on others' pages ?

Hi, I would like to gain some space. I'm thinking about deleting spaces of consultants that are not working anymore in my company.

BUT, some of them have very interesting contributions on others's pages/blogs... 

Will these contributions be deleted as well when I delete the space ?

Hello  @Fabienne Lamouroux ~ if you delete a space, only the information in that particular space is deleted...not info in other spaces unless that info directly references data in the space you're deleting.  For instance, if an Excerpt Include macro is used in another space to reference material in the space you want to delete ~ that will be removed from the other space as well.

IMO, it's better to archive spaces rather than to delete.  HTH
