Hello,
I deleted some pages on 8/5/24 and realized that I needed to restore them on 8/6/24 however they are not showing in the trash. They show in the audit log as being deleted but when I move to trash they do not appear.
Thanks,
Kristal M
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I had a similar issue in the past. What I found out is that I had an unsaved change on the page which didn't allow to have the page in the Trash until I saved it.
Please try to locate the page and see if there is anything refraining it from being moved to the trash.
Any screenshots after hiding confidential information would be helpful.
Best,

The issue is that we can't find the page anymore because although it was deleted, it did not move to the trash. When we try to pull up the page, this is what shows:
Or it will show:
When I receive the second error and click the "trash" link, it is not in the listing of deleted pages.

I may have found part of my issue, I was not aware that the trash section is not in order of when they were deleted. I found some of the missing pages at the very end (we have multiple pages of trash currently).
Are you aware of a way to sort or export the trash items?

hmm unfortunately there isn't a way to reorder or export pages in Confluence Trash. At least Confluence out of the box. Not sure if there is plugin that can help with the task.
All the best,
Fadoua
