Default profile picture broken in email

Hi,

Has anyone ever had this issue? Is it easy to solve?

The default profile picture broken in e-mail

It happens with all users who are with profile image common point

Just ending after updating the confluence to version 6.12.2 or the issue has been resolved

Occurs with any user with a standard profile picture, even with non-anonymous users

My email server is postfix

About the settings of my outlook, the automatic download is enabled

Look that the other images in the email are displayed normally

 

I've tested it on other e-mail clients and the problem persists

I looked at CONFSERVER-26561 and it's not the same problem that i have

Hey @Eduardo CVC,

Does this only occur to Anonymous user? Also, which mail server do you use? Because there is a bug logged for Lotus mail server specifically - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-26561.

 

(i) If you're using Microsoft Outlook, as by default Microsoft Outlook is configured to block automatic picture downloads from the Internet, you might also want to check if the Automatic Download Settings in your Mail Server has been allowed.
