Is there a way to set up the decision to go into a page when they are decisioned? We have to keep records of changes and change request.
For example
If a decision was pending it would automatically go in the pending page and then when changed to completed it would then automatically go into the complete page.
Hi @Jillian Klingenberg welcome to Community!
Have you tried the decision macro? You can add a decision on any page, and then use the decision report macro to summarize all the decisions (from one or more spaces).
This is what the macro choices look like when you go to insert them on your page
There are no statuses available for decisions however, so you can't see the different between a 'pending' decision and a final decision.
An alternative could be to use Jira issues to represent the changes/change requests as those have different statuses. You could use some of the various Jira macros in Confluence to display them, for example a list of Jira issues with change requests in pending, then on a different page a list of change requests that are approved or completed.
