Decision Log - create without creating a separate page

Hello,  I want to create a decision log where all the decisions are in a single page i.e., not creating a separate page for each decision as that can make for a lot of pages on the left sidebar to navigate.  E.g., below.    It looks like it creates an index of all the decision logs in the "Decision log" page but I don't want all the child pages created underneath "Decision log"

Hello @Pete Stiglich - If you want to keep it this simple, maybe puting just a single table with some columns and "Status" macro would be enough for you? You can create a new empty page, without using a "Decision log template" and then keep it all on one page

Of course, just start typing their names with @ before it
