My account was deactivated, although it was used regularly. At the same time, nothing came to the mail, it is impossible to restore it. How else can the issue be resolved? I can't even log in from it to ask a question here
Hello, I have the same problem. My trello account is personal, yesterday I was usung it like usual. And Today, in the morning I've receive the information, when I was try to log in into Trello: Atlassian - You don't have permission to access this content. It looks like your account was deactivated. We've sent you an email with details of who to contact to get more information about this.
But the problem is that I am an administrator. And I didn't het any mail with information. How can I restore it? This account was my life- everything was there: education, personal tasks....
Did you use an email address assigned to you by an employer? If so, contact the people at your employer who manage email to find out about reactivating your login.
You can also try contacting Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select the My account option.

No, it wasn't from a company. But I already have information - the say that if I'm not a premium user then I have no need to wait about for help. Because they could not help if your account is private, for only one user. That is the reason that I can't bring back my data. That means that I will not continue with Trello anymore. Honestly, the service is awfull, unless you are a premium user or your company is.

Does the email account itself still work?
Were you accessing only Trello, or also other Atlassian products?
Did you set up the Trello subscription yourself, under the same email address?

Hello @Cотрудники поддержки
Is it your user account that has been deactivated or your Confluence site?
What is the actual error message that you receive?
