We are new on Confluence. I am trying to migrate data from Document360 to Confluence. Unable to figure out how to do it. I have tried going through the documents, still no luck. Could anyone please help?

Hi @Kritika Jain and welcome to the Community

If Doc360 can export HTML, you can try the new Import HTML feature.

  1. Click Spaces
  2. Click Import from other tools
  3. Click Import HTML.

As for permissions, users, etc. that must be done manually.

Important: Every migration between any two tools WILL require pre-mgiration cleanup and post migration check-up and sanitation. So don't panic if your results are not perfect.

My team migrated several doc sets from multiple CMS tools - before HTML import was available. We simply copy/pasted content from static HTML sites directly into Confluence, then fixed the links. It was surprisingly fast.

Also, good choice. I've tested Doc360 and realized I can do more with Confluence and apps for much less money ;)
