To cancel your site evaluation or subscription, follow one of the procedures below:

This step is different depending on your user management experience:

Original:

If you're already logged in to your Cloud site:

  1. Choose  > Site administration, then choose Billing under Subscriptions & Billing

  2. Choose Manage subscriptions.

  3. Choose Cancel subscription for the one you want to cancel and follow the prompts on the screen.

Centralized:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Billing, then for the product you want to view, select Manage subscriptions.

  3. Select Cancel subscriptions and follow the prompts on the screen to cancel subscription for the entire site. If you wish to cancel subscription for a single product instead, select the 3 dot icon in the product card, and then select Delete.

If you're not logged in to your Cloud site:

  1. Log in to my.atlassian.com (you'll arrive on the Licenses page by default).

  2. Select the '+' sign of your site subscription (the account management pane will display).

  3. Select the Cancel Subscription link to request cancellation of your account.
