Would I like to know if there is any way to customize css in the cloud version?
Thanks!
No, it's disabled on Cloud.
Is there a recommended plugin to customize the theme?

Hello @Rodrigo Batista Edamatsu
Welcome to Atlassian Community! You can find more information about themes in Confluence Cloud from our site:
In that article, we recommend that you use one of the theming apps that is available on Marketplace for Confluence Cloud:
Let us know if you have any questions about that!
Take care,
Shannon

Just curious if the reasoning for disabling this is the security flaw of using PDF stylesheet? If so, what was the likelihood for this security flaw being exploited?
At the very least it would be extremely helpful in Confluence to allow addition of custom colors, availability of more fonts for headings to better replicate branding without paying for outside apps.
Will look into theming, but this has taken forever to unpack, and if theming is the answer to customizing Confluence for branding, elaboration/simplification of this information in user docs would be so helpful. Thanks!

Hi,
There is a feature request open for this (has been for years apparently)
You can vote for it, you never know they will finally listen!
