Hi everyone,
I am new to Atlassian, Jira and Confluence.
I would like to create a dashboard that tells me how many customers are viewing our knowledgebase.
Is this possible?
Thanks again
Theresa
@Theresa Barnard Although it works on the individual user level, and cannot group them to "customers", the Better Content Archiving app offers multiple dashboards you may find useful.
1) The Content Analytics dashboard can show you the most viewed pages:
2) The User Analytics dashboard can show you who are the most active viewers:
3) ...while the User Engagement dashboard can show you the trend of page views:
Give it a try if it helps you tracking the performance of your KB!
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. Free for 10 users!)
Confluence analytics (available in Premium/Enterprise plans) offers (limited) site and space analytics.
I can only refer to the documentation: View Confluence analytics to see how content is performing
However, there is no way to group users into organizations for aggregated data. Confluence does not use Organization/Customer data from Jira Service Management if you're referring to a Knowledge Base linked to a Jira Service Management service project.
Maybe that Atlassian Analytics can aggregate this data, not sure though.
