Creating a thin seprator line in confluence

How can one create the thin seprator line in the following wiki page that comes after the word "Websites"

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFHOST/Example+Confluence+Sites

This is different (thinner) than the line that gets created by puting four dashes in a row (----).

Thanks

I think that is the horizontal rule?

The two lines are different. The one you point to, seems to be an empty line with dark borders. The one on the site is a simple thin line.

For newer versions also is true
