Hi

We are looking to create a Wiki environment for our product users (Customers) - Product Acadamey, and I know that  we can create a space for anonymous users, so it will be open for everyone even if they are not our customers

Is it possible to restrict Confluence's permissions only for  our customer  without including them as part of our Jira\Conflunce users (Paying users), even if it means that we need to manage the list somewhere else

Thanks
Ofer

The only way to do this would be to enable "anonymous" access, which opens up a space to the entire world.

If you wish to limit access, you have to have people log in, so you know who they are and can apply rules on what they can see.  And that means they count to your paid user list.

Thanks Nic - Appreciate the help

Found also this Add-on that might restrict the readers only to customers by using the password functionality
