Create from template button

I inserted a "Create from Template" button on to a page, I previewed it and clicked the button in the preview mode and the template appeared.

I then clicked save and published the page.

After publish, when I click on the button, the template does not load.

Any suggestions about what might be going wrong as this was working a week ago and now appears to be failing.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for reporting this to us. Can you tell me, are you still encountering this issue today?

There was a bug in the last few weeks where you wouldn't be able to use custom templates with the Create from Template button:

CONFCLOUD-69212 Cannot create a page using custom page templates for space

But it looks like that's been resolved, so it's possible that it's working for you now.
