Hi I am new to confluence and was wondering how I can create a wiki please?
Erm, Confluence is a wiki - a place where people collaborate on published web pages, managed by the audience and accessed via a browser.
To "create a wiki" in Confluence, click "create" in the menu bar.
I suspect I may not be understanding what you think a "wiki" is though. Could you explain, if I have misunderstood?
Hi Nic, thanks for the response. I am self learning confluence and have got myself confused with the difference between a page and wiki on confluence if that explains it better.

@Vincent Asamoah Boateng For some context: in Confluence you have Spaces and you have Pages. Spaces are sort of like a project, and they contain the Pages. Within a Space, you can order your pages in a hierarchy to give them some more order, so you can have a parent page containing pages, which can also contain pages, and so on....
In many companies, they may have a separate Space for each team/department to organise their pages, sometimes they have separate Spaces for each of their projects or deliverables, it all depends how to logically split up the documents.

This is quite a wide question,
First of all, to create a Confluence space I recommend you to read the following page : Create a blank space.
For begginers, to create new pages, you can read the following page : create and edit pages
Let me know if it helps,
Guilhem
