Create a new confluence Page by pressing the release Button in the Kanban Board

Hey guys,

Is there an way to write an automation which is linked between Jira Software(Kanban-Board) and a Confluence Page?

The Automation should be triggered if the release button in the Kanban Board is Pressed. In the linked confluence Site a new page should be created. This new Page includes a macro with an JQL Term Like (project = cc and fixVersion = "Release-155").
