Hi,
Good Morning!
I want to know if we can manually integrate a chatbot into Confluence. If its possible can you please explain how it is possible to and what all are options available for it. It is basically an FAQ bot. I would be happy if I could get a good feasibility report on the same!
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi Arjun,
There are many add-ons in Confluence that provide chat abilities. Have a look below for a sample of the offerings:

Hi Arjun,
It's of course possible if you write it yourself. Have a look at our developer site for information on developing for Confluence.

Hi there @Shannon S my team is looking to do something similar on Jira Service Management (Data Center version). We are building a Chatbot and would like to integrate it onto our customer portal. Do you know if/how that would be possible on JSM?

Hi Arjun,
Please look at our web site www.konverso.ai
We have built Virtual Agent for Confluence, JIRA and we are finalizing in August the Virtual Agent for JIRA Service Desk.
It is a pre-packaged Virtual Agent. We have a no-code platform. You can access our back office to train the virtual agent with your company data.
The is a subscription-based software.
Looking forward to connecting.
