Create Family Font and add it to local Confluence

Good morning,

       I want to add a family font for symbols we are trying to use on our Confluence pages.  These pages will be converted to pdf for reporting purposes.  I found an article that states we could create our own .ttc and then send the attachment to support.

We have a local Confluence with our own IT support.  I would like to have procedures to provide them on how to add the .ttc to our Confluence server.
