We have had no issues with this process until just recently (within the last couple weeks). Users are now getting an error message after they click the "Save" button when attempting to create an entry on a Confluence Page.
"Could not send email. Reason: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 550 5.1.1 User Unknown"
If they click "Cancel" and refresh the page, the entry does show that it was created. But what is happening is that the user either continues to click the "Save" button or they click "Cancel" but then go in again to add the entry. This is now causing multiple entries to be created since the user is not aware that this is happening.
As I said this was working correctly until about three weeks ago so not sure what has changed.
Hi @Paul Varnes
I would recommend you open a ticket up with Atlassian Support so that they can take a look at the logs and provide you with a faster response. Support link: https://support.atlassian.com/
