Hi all,
I have a confluence template that makes extensive use of placeholder text, and I want to provide a sample document that makes the placeholder text visible.
It seems like copying placeholder text into a new document inserts it as another placeholder, which makes it invisible on the published document.
Is there any way to "convert" placeholder text into visible text, or do I have to re-type everything into the new doc?
Thanks!
Hi @Mick Szucs
No, I don't think there is something you can do about it unfortunately. I mean you can't convert it. Currently you can't even select it. :/
As well as this suggestion https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-67333
Thank-you, Alex.
I ended up just copying the placeholder text to a Word doc and then re-pasting into my Confluence doc, which was tedious, but did the job.
