Hi,
I have a page with the Contributors macro inserted. Let's call this Page A. On Page B, I am using the Include macro to include Page A.
The issue is when viewing Page B, I don't see the contributors of Page B .. I see instead the contributors of Page A.
I've tried for about an hour to figure out how I could resolve this but am coming up short.
Does anyone know how I can get the list of contributors to reflect the page where the Include macro is used?
Good day @Gareth Budge, and welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The contributors macro has a rule where if "page name" is left blank, it will yield the values of its current page; thus, this could be the cause for this issue.
Could you try to add this value to Page A and see if it reflects correctly then in Page B? Here is the documentation of the macro.
Hope this helps!
Rodrigo
Hi @Rodrigo
Thanks for taking the time to help me.
I suspected that was the cause and did try numerous ways to try and get the macro to use "Page B" but came up short.
When I deliberately put "Page B" in the Pages field it does correctly show the contributors of "Page B".
I want to use the same Include macro using "Page A" in many locations, so is there any way to have the macro to calculate based on "Page B" instead of "Page A" automatically?
Gareth
