I have installed the app Confluence to Freshdesk Sync.
Anyone knows if it´s possible that articles that are published on Confluence were published too on Freshdesk?

Hi, would you know if this connector is still valid.
We have FreshDesk and Confluence.
We have an account as an Admin in FreshDesk and a Space Admin on Confluence
The connector is setup with api tokens from the same account in both products.
I can see the sync option in the menu on the page
I can select which folder in FreshDesk Solutions that I want to sync to
There are no confluence page restrictions
There are no confluence space restrictions
The account being used has view permission across everything on Confluence.
When pressing Sync it fails with the following error.
"Sync permission required, the addon requires read permissions for this article to sync it"
I have gone through all the steps repeatedly and working with our Confluence Site admin we can see no reasons why it shouldn't work.
Any pointers would be gratefully received as I am getting no response from the vendor.
