Confluence timeout issues

Hello,

We are having problems with Confluence timing out and I wanted to try disable to collaborative editing feature in general configuration - but I can't find the option? Is it still possible to disable this?

Hi Claire

If you are on a Confluence Cloud instance there is no way to disable collaborative editing yourself.

• You can contact Atlassian Support to report the problem or ask to turn collaborative editing off
