As @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- explained Confluence Cloud does not have built in approvals process or templates available. You may be able to find some ideas for page status templates and reporting in https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/templates/, however enforcing the process will be a manual task.
One option on the Atlassian Marketplace is Comala Document Management that enables you to define your approval workflow and apply it to your pages.
Comala Document Management is available on the Marketplace and you can try it for free for 30 days for Confluence Cloud, Data Center or Server. If you want to learn more you can check out our webinars here.
All the best

Hi @prabhu chilukuri , Confluence Cloud has no direct approvals process built in. The Atlassian marketplace offers a few solutions, for example Document Control. We have built this tool to enable users to review/approve documents/pages, and also to have a quick overview of the state of pages. (Document Control for Confluence Cloud is our product).
