Confluence starts, and after a while it becomes unavailable

The issue I'm facing is that after November 5th, our Confluence is up and running. However, instead of loading our page, it only displays a screen prompting for a login. Despite trying various user accounts, none of them are able to complete the login. We've conducted several tests, and I suspect the issue might be related to daylight saving time. Our server is set to 'America/Sao Paulo' on Linux, while the database is using 'TimeZone Etc/UTC'. When I manually set the server's date back to yesterday, it works for about 5-15 minutes, and then the Confluence login screen appears again. Can anyone help me resolve this situation? We've had the Confluence service running for approximately 2 years, and we've never encountered this issue before.

I'll leave two attachments related to the blue screen that loads when accessing the URL, as well as the only warnings that appear in the logs.Screenshot 2023-11-07 at 14.24.39.pngScreenshot 2023-11-07 at 14.24.44.png

Hi Igor,

There are a few other things you need to know to identify the problem:

  • What version of Confluence do you have?
  • What system is it running on? Linux, Docker... ?
  • What is the latest error message in the atlassian-confluence.log file?

Have you tried Admin restoring access?

Your problem it seems like Illegal reflective access warnings after Confluence startup

Thank you

Pavel
